What's New at MyChargeBack?

MyChargeBack Industry Leadership

MyChargeBack is pleased to inform you that we are in the advanced stages of developing an innovative automation wizard for our website, which is designed to expand the array of services that we provide. Driven by artificial intelligence (AI), the wizard will allow consumers with the widest possible spectrum of disputes to obtain the assistance they urgently require quickly and easily.

We have now begun beta testing for this valuable tool, and you might just be able to be of help.

If you have a simple dispute – one that is unrelated to investments and instead involves a major global online retailer like Amazon, Ali Express or eBay, or even a smaller local merchant – we invite you to take part. All you need, apart from basic details about your dispute, is five to seven minutes of your time. Let us know if you’re interested by writing to us at [email protected]. Of course, we may not be able to respond to everyone.

Keep an eye out for more news about our AI-powered wizard in future editions of What’s New at MyChargeBack.

MyChargeBack Online

Our latest MyChargeBack case study comes from Finland. While we won 100% of the chargeback, the crypto payment the client made was laundered by the merchant. And for that we have a state-of-the-art forensic solution as well.

The consensus is that Musk wasn’t very funny. But what is noteworthy is that Musk’s appearance on the show was accompanied by a disruption of the cryptocurrency market.
