Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Part-Time Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist with English fluency to play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent. This hybrid role offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to manage your own time efficiently. Primary responsibilities include talent sourcing, networking, and creating a robust candidate pipeline across various roles, including sales, marketing, administration, technology, and operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
2. Networking: Attend job fairs, university events, and other in-person and online platforms to build a strong employer brand and establish connections with potential candidates.
3. Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates, communicate the company’s culture, and showcase career opportunities.
4. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about trends and developments in the Anglo job market in Israel to tailor recruitment strategies effectively.
5. Interview Coordination: Occasionally conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and ensure alignment with company values.
6. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR managers and hiring teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and hiring teams, providing support where needed to ensure an efficient recruitment and onboarding process.
8. Branding: Contribute to creative branding strategies to enhance the company’s presence and attract diverse talent.
Requirements:
– Fluency in English is essential.
– Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in talent sourcing and networking.
– Understanding of the Anglo job market in Israel.
– Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent networking skills.
– Previous recruitment experience is advantageous.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, offering approximately 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling and potential for growth.
