If individuals seek assistance, we rely upon them to reach out to us for more information. Working with prospective consumers is different from working with business; MyChargeBack offers products and services to consumers that businesses and government agencies use daily in similar scenarios. The objectives of the onboarding team are to understand the consumers’ issue and to educate them about relevant products or tailor-made services. Prior to speaking with prospective leads, onboarding specialists undergo extensive training and certification based on their area of concentration.
The Client Services team is responsible for the successful delivery of our products and services to consumers and businesses. Their objectives are to understand the clients issue and to support and walk them through the relevant steps needed to advance their case. The team includes case managers, document specialists, cointracking analysts and cryptocurrency investigation agents. Prior to working with our clients, client service specialists undergo extensive training and certification based on their area of concentration.
