Full Time; Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Assistant to one of our company executives
Managing international travel arrangements
General administration tasks as needed
Fluent English & Hebrew with strong English email writing & phone skills
Experience with Google Suite & Excel
Multitasking with a smile
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Drivers License and access to a car (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years previous administration experience (preferred)
Involvement in a meaningful mission and service.
